The history of our company is a small history of our family, four generations that have lived and worked to maintain the purity of recipes and traditions in the elaboration of “chon” ( pig ) in our small villages.

Adapting traditions with the great respect and greater simplicity to current technologies and to the more demanding sanitary conditions, maintaining the proposition of, the finest Basque cured meats.
