We use meat from only free-range pigs. Produced by our local pig farmers in the mountains of Euskal Herria, naturaly feed in open countryside, that in turn, provides us the best quality and flavour.

Free-range Pork advantages, are not only gained in the quality of the meat, but also in the sustainability of pork production. This alternative Basque Pork farming, provides respectful treatment to the animal and to the local environment. A combination that perfectly adapts the number of animals to each farms surface area available. Allowing the pigs to roam and feed free, in the Basque mountain forrests.
