Our products are characteristic and unmistakable, flavours and textures that proved our local customers the childhood memories of the small village, with all the products of “chon”, the local word for pig. Which was hung next to the kitchen back door, under the watchful care of the grandmother, with who´s devotion and wisdom, are another ingredient in our products.
